由于濟南家政服務的性質(zhì)是以人為主體的，難免會有不可預見的意外和風險（不包括人為--人為事故屬于觸犯法律的刑事案件）發(fā)生。對于家政領域里的意外和風險，一般不外乎以下這些：家庭用品的丟失或損壞；由于家政服務員的疲勞、緊張、疏忽、過失等造成服務對象的人身意外傷害；家政服務員的常規(guī)健康檢查 之外的潛伏性或突發(fā)性疾病以及工作中疏忽過失等造成的本人意外傷害。
